Here are a few: Administrative Support: Full time office staff managing day-to-day operations for Kansas Youth Soccer and assistance for other clubs, leagues, players and parents with soccer and administrative/non-profit related questions. Alliance4All: Sportsmanship Program available for parents, coaches, players and referees. Club and tournament level certification to promote fair play. Annual General Meeting and Workshops: Meeting held once a year serving as a platform for discuss of current and future events in Kansas Youth Soccer. Board of Directors: Members from all districts represented. Coaching Education: Youth Module, E , D , National Youth License and USSF National C Courses. Coaching Education Staff will be conducting courses at specific times throughout the year. Leagues/Clubs may also request for a course to be held. Coaching Library: DVDs, magazines and books available for free checkout by members. Communication: eNewsletters for general membership, coaches, ODP participants, tournament directors and administrative staff. Kansas Youth Soccer Website: www.kansasyouthsoccer.org provides a wealth of information that is easily accessible to membership. Insurance: Secondary medical insurance is available to all registered members. US Youth Soccer and USSF Membership: Includes access to many resources of US Youth Soccer and US Soccer. Grants: Kansas Youth Soccer will help members find grants at the state and national level. Sanctioned Tournaments: Kansas Youth Soccer offers tournament sanctioning and access to www.thetournamentcenter.com to market tournaments. A tournament eNews is also sent out 4 times a year to entire coach database. Kansas State Cup: Teams compete in the first level of US Youth Soccer's National Championship Series. Winners will be named State Champions and will go on to compete in the Regional Championships and possibly the National Championships. President's Cup: The US Youth Soccer Presidents Cup is designed for those teams seeking additional challenges to play against teams of similar abilities for a national title. Teams will compete at the state level and winners will move on to the regional level. Regional winners compete for a national title. Jr. State Championships: The Jr. State Championships are held each year for teams in the U11 to U12 age groups. This is a great introduction to the State Cup and President's Cup tournaments. Kohls' American Cup: A great event for Recreational teams. US Youth Soccer and Kohl's team up to bring interactive games and activities to create a festival-like atmosphere. TOPSoccer: The Outreach Program for soccer players with special needs. Soccer Fun Day: Member leagues/clubs or other groups can request a Soccer Fun Day in their area to increase awareness of youth soccer, healthy living and positive life choices for children. Soccer Across America: For at-risk youth in underserved, rural and urban environments. Olympic Development Program: The ODP Program is for elite players. Players work to make the state team and compete at the regional level and potentially at the National level with Youth National Teams. Registration Software: Web-based registration system provided for member leagues/clubs. Software Support: Training and support available to all member league/club registrars. Webinar presentations available to schedule at any time. Risk Management: All staff members complete an online disclosure and are subject to a comprehensive background check. Marketing Materials: Ability to provide templates to help market member leagues/clubs with KSYSA and US Youth Soccer.
