Amendments, Additions, Approvals:

• On October 21 and October 31, 2012, Rule 3.13 was amended regarding Free Agency Period, Tryouts and Player Recruitment.
• On September 16, 2012, Policies 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, and 1.8 were amended regarding penalties for send offs/suspensions.
• On September 16, 2012 Rules 6.4.5 and 6.4.6 were amended regarding travel procedure on player passes and medical authorizations.
• On May 25, 2012, Bylaws 101, 201, and 206 were ratified by the membership following the May 4, 2012 Board of Directors meeting.
• On May 4, 2012, Bylaws 101, 201, and 206 and Rule 1.0.1 were approved by the Board of Directors to add Allied Member category.
• On April 29, 2012, Rule 1.0.13.2 was amended  to remove requirement for player pass signature and lamination.
• On April 29, 2012, Rule 3.13 was amended regarding Free Agency Period, Tryouts and Player Recruitment.
• On April 29, 2012, Rule 3.14 was amended regarding Player Transfer and Release.

• On March 1, 2008, Bylaw 216 - Qualification of Officers was added.
• On February 29, 2008, Rule 3.13 - Free Agent Period, Tryouts and Player Recruitment was amended and Rule 8.0 Indoor Soccer was added.
• On November 11, 2007, the KSYSA Rules and Policies were amended and the Region II Risk Management Policy replaced the previous KSYSA Risk Management Policy.
• On February 26, 2005, the membership approved new Bylaws, Rules and Policies.
