Staff Members to be listed on an official state rosters must have a completed background screening check and been approved before being added to a roster. If you do not complete the background screening check, you will not be considered for approval as a KSYSA Staff Member or Referee working youth games. The information that you provide is on the online GotSoccer Registration and Risk Management System, which is stored on a secure server and will only be visible to the Risk Management staff at Kansas Youth Soccer. 3.0 REGISTRATION AND ROSTERING. 3.5 COACHES. All coaches and team officials representing any team, club, league, association, or organization participating in a KSYSA Affiliate or Associate event shall comply with the KSYSA Risk Management Policies. Failure on the part of a coach to comply with the Risk Management Policies shall result in the team, club, league, association or organization forfeiting any games the coach participated in and the coach being placed under suspension until such time as he/she is in compliance with KSYSA Risk Management Policies. In addition to completing the GotSoccer Risk Management online registration, Kansas Referees must complete the KS Referee Risk Mgmt Form (PDF).
