KSYSA COACHING EDUCATION:
Kansas State Youth Soccer Association (KSYSA) offers a comprehensive range of Coaching Education courses through the US Soccer Federation, the national soccer governing organization in the country.
- USSF "F" License is an ONLINE course.
- USSF "E" License is ONE WEEKEND (18 hours).
- USSF "D" License is TWO SEPARATE WEEKENDS (38 hours).
You MUST ATTEND the ENTIRETY of the course in order to complete. You will not be excused due to conflicts (please reschedule or get coverage before registering).
You will physically participate during the course.
Pre-Requisites are in place for:
- USSF "E" - MUST have completed the USSF "F" License first.
- USSF "D" - MUST have successfully completed the USSF "E" License (minimum of 6 months prior to the D course).
**There are NO WAIVERS allowed for the E or D Licenses. Only Waivers allowed is for the C or B Licenses and ONLY US Soccer will allow based on your application.** - Please DO NOT ASK for waivers if you do not meet the requirements.
Each participant is provided with coaching materials including a course manual and resources and upon completion an official KSYSA certificate recognized by US Soccer and each of the 55 youth state associations.
The NSCAA Coaching Course Menu is designed with flexibility in mind for coaches to choose their desired level of entry based on previous experience. Development courses all offer unique material and can be taken in any order. We recommend reading each course description to determine the best fit for you; make sure to pay attention to any potential prerequisites.
NSCAA offers several courses online including their Level 1 to Level 6 courses that can be done at the pace at your choosing. NSCAA also offers several commuter and residential courses for the novice, intermediate and advanced coach, along with specific courses geared towards goalkeepers, directors of coaching and special topics that may be of interest to those coaches who are looking for course offerings that are very specific and detailed in nature.
