2012-2013 ODP Registration OPEN!

There will be NO formal TRYOUT dates for 2012-2013 ODP.
DEADLINE to REGISTER for Phase II Winter State Pool Session is November 24 (LATE FEE of $30 after Nov. 24)
(NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED after December 31 for PHASE II).
You must COMPLETE fully the paperwork below in #2 to complete your registration and submit to the office prior to participation.
NO PAPERWORK, NO PARTICIPATION, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
(you only need to submit paperwork ONCE)
Phase II Fees: FOR ALL PLAYERS
1996-2000 Boys & Girls - $350.00 (includes $125.00 for Phase 2 PLUS $225.00 for Regional Camp Deposit #1)
2001-2003 Boys & Girls - $125.00

- Please check your e-mails and the Kansas Youth Soccer website on a regular basis for ODP news and updates.
- ALWAYS include Last Name and Birth Year and Gender in the subject line with ALL correspondences. Example - Sheldon, 1996 Boy

2. At the end of the online registration, you will need to return to this page and complete the following ODP forms to complete your Registration. You will need to send the following items to Kansas Youth Soccer (ODP):

All items and payments must be received 1 week prior to the first tryout or activity in order to be eligible to participate.
We highly encourage participants to sign up for ODP using the online registration provided. The online registration system helps ensure we receive your information correctly and your player is added to our master registration list in a timely fashion. If you are unable to complete the online registration, please contact the state office at (913) 782-6434.
