The Oklahoma ODP Event has been CANCELLED due to 4-5 inches of snowfall covering the fields and the forecast for cold weather this week may not melt away before next weekend.

LL Events will cancel all hotel reservations made through her.  You can check with the hotel directly where your reservation was confirmed.  If you made your own reservations, you are responsible for canceling.  


PURPOSE of this Event:
This is an informal event to provide each State ODP program the opportunity to evaluate players in a more competitive environment with the focus to work with and teach during the event.  There are no trophies being handed out.  Please keep this in mind as the games are being played during the weekend.

Rosters: 
The following age groups will attend the Oklahoma ODP Event December 14-15, 2013 in OKC, OK.

Boys 2001/02 Team

Boys 2000/1999 Team (in order to provide opportunities to the players wanting to attend this event, we will use players from the teams we play against)

Girls 2001/02 Team

Girls 2000/1999 Team

*Not enough players were available in the older age groups for Kansas or the other states to make it viable to take the few players to compete.

Dates:  December 14-15, 2013

Where:  Oklahoma City, OK - Edmond Soccer Complex

Event Fee:  $60.00 (please pay by December 9, 2013)

LL Events LLC is the company to reserve hotel rooms in OKC. The rooms will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

Games will consist of three (3) - 25 minute periods.

*NO MEETINGS are scheduled at this time for any teams.  Any individual TEAM MEETINGS will be communicated and/or done at the field with the players/coach(es).

Gear/Uniforms:  
Players will be provided numbered vests for the event.  At the conclusion of the event, ALL PLAYERS must turn in the vests to their coach.  Any vests not returned - a charge of $20 will be invoiced to the player.

Players should also bring shirts (long or short sleeve - BLACK or WHITE) to wear underneath their numbered vest as well as
Black soccer shorts
White soccer socks

Pre-Game:  
Players need to ARRIVE at the fields ONE HOUR prior to their FIRST GAME ON SATURDAY.  Coaches will then communicate arrival for future games which may be different.
