Kansas State Youth Soccer Association is pleased to announce the appointment of Joel Dragan as the Executive Director of our organization.

  Joel joins Kansas State Youth Soccer Association from Michigan State Youth Soccer Association, where he serves as Director of Member Services, a position he's held for the past seven years. In this role, Joel oversees over ninety member associations, risk management duties, and administrative responsibilities for members and state programs. 

Prior to his position with the State Association, Joel worked at the Total Sports Complex and Michigan State Premier Soccer Program. During his time at these organizations Joel's management included event planning, program implementation, collecting member fees, and supervising teams, players, and facilities.

In addition to his work at the State Association level, Joel also currently holds the role of Committee Chair for the US Youth Soccer Midwest Regional Soccer Across America program and has developed strong relationships with the States in the Midwest Region.

We are excited to have Joel join our team at Kansas State Youth Soccer Association. Those who know him well, can attest to the fact that he is professional, and has a wide knowledge of soccer administration.  Joel is excited to take on this new challenge in his career, and we are confident that he will be a strong leader, relationship-builder and will bring experience and wisdom to the role to help Kansas continue to grow in membership and providing the game of soccer to youth across the state of Kansas.
