Registration & Team Info – State Cup

• PLAY DATES: November 5-8; November 13-15, 2026 | Compass Minerals Sporting Fields
• All Kansas State Cup Teams will pay a Registration Fee of $1045.00 via credit card. Additional processing fees may be added to total.
  
• DEADLINE TO REGISTER: COMING SOON (Price increases to $1145 for all registrations after 3 pm on February 20)
  
• LATE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: COMING SOON – NO EXCEPTIONS

Qualifying Games (Play-In) Dates

Will only be needed for any age groups that have odd number team entries starting at groups of 7 & 11.

Roster Freeze Dates

Roster Freeze #1:  TBD at 10:00am
Roster Freeze #2: TBD at 10:00am

Roster Freeze Change Request:  CLICK HERE
This form must be filled out for each Change Request. Teams Can make up to 5 roster changes after the 1st Roster Freeze and before the 2nd Roster Freeze per Tournament Rules. So if a team has 5 players to add or remove then this form needs to be completed 5 times for each player.
Please also inform your club registrar of these changes so they may do it on their end and get a USYS Player ID Card made for you.

This year teams will check their team in for ALL STATE TOURNAMENTS ONLINE. Coaches and team managers will receive detailed instructions on how to complete their team’s check-in depending on which option they choose via email.
