As of September 1st, 2021, Players Health is proud to be the official insurance program administrator for Iowa Soccer Association, Nebraska State Soccer Association and Kansas Youth Soccer.

TO REPORT AN INCIDENT

• Previous years parents and coaches would have to fill out paperwork and submit to the State Office via email or mail.  Well that process is no more as we partner with Players Health to fully go digital for all claims now.  All parents and coaches have to do is click the button below to go to the landing page for Kansas Youth Soccer.  On that page you click the FILE NOW button and then fill out all components of the form. 

• Once completed KSYSA will get notificiation and either approve or deny your request. 
• Please note that KSYSA only offers secondary insurance coverage to US Youth Soccer registered players at US Youth Soccer sanctioned leagues and events.  KSYSA does NOT cover US Club Soccer sanctioned players or events.  Those claims need to go directly to that governing body.
