Become a Referee
The US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program was formed in 1977 to identify a pool of players in each age group from which a National Team will be selected for international competition; to provide high-level training to benefit and enhance the development of players at all levels; and, through the use of carefully selected and licensed coaches, develop a mechanism for the exchange of ideas and curriculum to improve all levels of coaching.
The Kansas State Youth Soccer Association is honored to serve as the host organization for soccer events, including the Kansas State Cup, Kansas Presidents Cup, and Kansas Jr. State Cup. These tournaments exemplify our commitment to fostering the growth and development of youth soccer in the region.
the Kansas State Referee Development Program is to develop quality referees who will apply the Laws of the Game consistently across all leagues and levels of competition in the State of Kansas which will result in soccer being played in a manner that is safe, fair, and enjoyable for players, coaches, and fans.
