- Deadline for all interested candidates running for elected positions need to have submitted all required documents to the Secretary and Executive Director.
- All amendment submissions will be distributed to the general membership for notification and review before the AGM.
25 Days Out

- All the names of interested candidates will be distributed to the general membership for notification and review before the AGM
- If no candidate files for a position then nominations will be accepted from the floor of the AGM
